Payment options
Smykkesten og Fritid I/S accepts payment by Dankort/VISA-Dankort, bank transfer and MobilePay. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched.

All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and are incl. VAT. Minimum sale per order DKK 100,00 + shipping.

We charge not Payer.

Smykkesten og Fritid I/S encrypts all your card details using the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorised persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.

EAN customers have a payment deadline of 14 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise stated/agreed.

Delivery
Smykkesten og Fritid I/S guarantees that orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. Normal dispatch on stock items is within 1-3 working days. For machines and larger orders, it may take longer for us to assemble and dispatch your order. We will always contact you in case of delays or out-of-stock items.

Smykkesten og Fritid I/S arranges delivery with GLS, PostNord, DAO or other recognised shipping company. Smykkesten og Fritid I/S cannot be held responsible for delays at the shipping company. In the event of very delayed (several days) or non-delivery, Smykkesten og Fritid I/S will of course send a new delivery free of charge.

Delivery to the Faroe Islands, Greenland and abroad (except Sweden) is only made by agreement and with the customer's prior acceptance of shipping costs.

Right of complaint
Smykkesten og Fritid I/S provides a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, covering manufacturing and material defects found during normal use of the product. The warranty does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorised intervention. Complaints about defects and deficiencies that should be discovered by normal examination of the product must be notified to Smykkesten og Fritid I/S within a reasonable time. The item can subsequently be returned for repair, replacement or, if agreed, credit. In connection with complaints, Smykkesten og Fritid I/S will pay reasonable return costs.

Returns can also be sent to the above address - please note that we do not accept returns sent by post (without tracking) or cash on delivery. Returns can also be made by delivering the item personally to us. This is not a requirement, but the process is facilitated if adequate information accompanies the parcel - for example, a copy of the order confirmation, registration number and account number of the bank account to which the refund can be made, a copy of any previous correspondence, etc.

Reimbursement
In the case of agreed decors, returned goods or prepaid goods that are cancelled before shipment, a full or partial refund of the purchase price must be made. Refunds are normally always made by bank transfer, and Smykkesten og Fritid I/S therefore needs information about the registration number and account number of your bank account. This information is not sensitive and can easily be provided by email or other traditional forms of correspondence.

Right of cancellation
There is a 14-day right of return on the goods, calculated from the day they are received. If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as you received it. Once the item has been received and authorised, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase and you must return the shipment within 14 days of the cancellation.

The condition of the item when you return it
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it to be used, which means that in the event of cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.

To receive a full refund, you must do the same things you can do in a physical store. You can test the item, but not actually use it.
